What you need to do to complete your stuffBank registration
- Download a copy of the Registration Form by clicking the link below and save it to your desktop using the "Save As" function.
- Fill in all sections of the form giving as much detail as possible about the available resources to ensure that a recipient can assess their suitability prior to making contact with you.
- Ensure that you have read, understood and, where necessary, sought independent advice in respect of the Terms detailed at the end of this form.
- Ensure you have completed the acceptance of the Terms on the last page.
- Ensure that you have considered the section of the Terms titled "Use of Information" and advised us in Section 2 of the Registration Form if you do not wish to receive information from arts@work and AbaF.
- Take a digital photograph (JPEG 72dpi) of the available resource if possible to give artists and arts organisations browsing the list of resources as much information as possible. This will save you unnecessary enquiries.
- Attach the completed form along with a JPEG image of the item to an email and send it to info@artsatwork.com.au
- You will receive confirmation prior to the uploading of your details to the website.
Remember to inform us when the resource has been acquired by an artist/arts organisation so that we can remove it from the website.
Who has access to the information you provide?
The information collected on this form will be used by the arts@work and the Australia Business Arts Foundation (AbaF) and will be disclosed to the general public through an electronic bulletin and on the arts@work website.
