Emailing your EOI or application
You must submit your EOI or application form and support material by email to firstname.lastname@example.org before 11:59 pm on the due date.
EOIs or applications submitted by email do not require signatures. By emailing an EOI or application, you automatically certify that all details supplied are correct and, if successful, agree to abide by the Conditions of Investment.
We are unable to receive emails larger than 25MB each, and you may not be able to send messages larger than 10MB from some email services. You may send multiple emails, as long as they are all clearly referenced with your name and with ‘email 1of 3’ or similar in the subject line.
Once your emailed EOI or application has been received by Arts Tasmania at email@example.com you will be sent an automated reply within the hour. If you do not receive this message and you have checked your junk email box, your email has not been sent correctly and you should contact Arts Tasmania on (03) 6165 6666 during office hours.
Electronic submission of support material by email is preferred but files may be submitted on CDs, DVDs or USB drive if necessary.
Be sure to label all posted items so that they can be matched with your emailed files and mention in your email that other items will be expected in the post.
Postal submissions on CDs, DVDs or USB drives must be made to: Arts Tasmania, 146 Elizabeth Street, Hobart TAS 7000 (postmarked before or on the due date).
Hard copy applications
Hard copy submissions will only be considered if you are unable to submit electronically. You must contact a program officer before the closing date for permission to submit in hard copy.
